Question:

Hi     I have severe depersonalization and my doctor said this was very new and seemed to help alot of people with this problem. I’m also taking 60mg of celexa and .05 of clonazepam, and 450mg lithuim. I have both depression and panic attacks. Any one have any ways to deal with the depersonalization. Some days it so bad I can hardly function. Help ! Thanks, Becky

Sometimes a low dose of a newer antipsychotic such as Seroquel works for dep/der. Another possibility might be upping the clonazepam. Philip

its a very good med and with the mix you are taking it may do well for you. Biggest side effect is sleepyness and some zoned out feeling which you may accomodate to. Good luck with it LM
