Brain Fog – Emotional Problem?
Question:
Hey Ron, I have experienced the same. Frequently. I found that I was often simply dehydrated. Drink tons of water. See if that helps. Let us know. – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – Hi, I posted to this group about 4 years ago asking if anyone could help me with a condition that I have in which I feel like I am always in a fog or dreamlike state. I manage to function on my job and in my day to day activities but the foggy feeling prevents me from doing my best and from really enjoying life. I’ve tried many things such as ginko bilboa. I even participated in a study at a hospital and was told this is called depersonalization syndrome. I tried prozac in this study but to no avail. Now I have heard of something new called Enada which is NADH. This raises the dopamine level in your brain. Does anyone have any opinion on this or any other suggestions. By the way I have been checked out by medical doctors and they have found no problems, and I am not depressed. Thanks.

I didn’t post the above. Thanks for your input though… — * Ron Roth
